- While we strive for perfection, we are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate or out of date.
Product and Pricing
- Because our candles are hand-poured, slight variations in color, texture (such as frosting), and scent throw are normal and a testament to their artisanal quality.
- All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.
- We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be 100% accurate.
Shipping and Delivery
- Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
- Once a package leaves our studio, the risk of loss or delay passes to the customer. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
- During summer months, we recommend immediate retrieval of packages to prevent wax softening or melting.
